Banquet Policies
In effort to make each event rewarding and memorable, our staff has developed certain policies to determine that your arrangements go smoothly.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking. A payment of 30% of the events projected cost is due 3 months prior to the occasion. Another 30% is due one month prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable.
Room Arrangments
Requirements for seating, equipment, decorations, security and other special requests should be provided to our Catering Office no later than seven working days prior to the date of your event. Our facilities offers 8,392 sq. ft. accommodating from 60 up to 800 guests.
Attendance Guarantee
A final guarantee is to be given to the catering ofice no later than seven working days prior to your function. Guarantees are not subject to reduction. We will overset, staff and prepare food for 5% over the guaranteed attendance. If there is a drastic reduction in attendance, a service charge may be assessed.
Food and Beverage Prices
All food and deverage prices quoted are subject to change. All prices quoted included hall for 4 hours and are subject to gratuity and taxes. Open bar, cash bar or wine service available at additional charge. The Cedars is quipped with a well lighted, secured parking lot with uniformed policemen guarding the lot for every event. Our staff will make every effort to please you and to make your occasion a big success.
